Description

The manufactures of water bed mattresses recommend that you add conditioner every six months. This conditioner is designed to keep the water fresh so algae/bacteria does not build up in your mattress. The conditioner will also keep the vinyl and corner soft. If you do not use conditioner the vinyl will tend to dry & harden do to the powerful heating systems and age which could result in cracks or seam splits. So it's pretty important. *A Surprise gift comes with this order.*

Blue Magic was delivered right no time. This product keeps the water in the bed conditioned and doesn't allow the growth of harmful bacteria. It is very caustic, so keep away from children and handle with care. Great product for keep waterbed in good shape. This is one more waterbed additive that is supposed to prevent the growth of microscopic organisms in the water that could cause an "off" odor. Very often, you can fill a waterbed and you won't find odors developing. More often you will unless you add something to the water. Some antidandruff shampoo would probably suffice as probably would some aquarium algaecide. Some products also claim to keep the mattress vinyl from drying out, which is pure poppycock. All vinyl will harden as a normal aging process, which is accelerated by exposure to ultraviolet light--normally not an issue for waterbed mattresses. What's in this stuff? Who knows? Does it work to help prevent odors? Possibly, almost anything would. It won't hurt. Shop for price--this bundle isn't too bad.Re the direction to add more three, six, or twelve months presumably ad infinitum, ignore that dose once or twice and leave it at that. This showed up all ten bottles all on time and exactly as expected. I've not used this particular brand that I know of but I just got a waterbed again after 20 years and whatever I was buying at the local Walmart store isn't there anymore. It looks good as I was adding it to my water. Seems to be good stuff as others have stated. I'm pleased. If you got a waterbed, you gotta have algaecide. This is the same brand I used starting in 1972 in my first waterbed, the same we sold at the waterbed store where I worked in the 1970s, and so it seems friendly and familiar. My household has two waterbeds currently, so it's nice to buy ten bottles at a time, so we're covered for a few years. I put a bottle in whenever I move and have to refill the beds, and also about once a year. Have never had any algae problems.I hope this gets to the right person who in charge of answering questions. I've used this before and hopefully it's doing a good job. I just purchased more of the product for Fiber Water Beds from Amazon.com.My question is the DIRECTIONS DO NOT INCLUDE WHAT SIZE WATERBED THE PRODUCT IS BEING USED IN. HOW MUCH TO USE FOR A KING SIZE BED VS. A SINGLE BED?The Blue Sapphire liquid comes in 4 oz and 8 oz bottles. and my OLDER bottle says Multi purpose Plus and it's not on the NEW bottle. Also my older bottle says "fulll motion and fiber-fill" and the new bottle says time released water bed protection. The NEW one ,from Amazon also has a serial number on it and the old does not.PG01127006 is the number on the new bottle and says Wasserbett Conditioner and states for Fiberbeds to repeat application every 4 to 6 months .My older bottle, which I purchased at a waterbed store(which is now closed and there are none near me0, says REVITALISANT Pour lit D'eau and says repeat application every 8 to 12 months. This is quite confusing and I would like you as the manufacturer to CLEARIFY THE INFORMATION.Loved getting the 10 pack. So much easier to just have than to order a few bottles at a time. I know it says 1 bottle every 6 months, but I use one about every 2 months so far. There wasn't any used for a few years. Love it!!For all of us old waterbed users, thanks for supplying us with the necessary chemicals. I confess I had not put anything in it for ages and I had a real mess. So after a tedious draining, we are back in business with beautiful clear water with a little Blue Magic. Thanks for keeping this product available.Much cheaper when you buy in bulk! Those of us baby boomers who still love waterbeds will find this an absolute necessity! As describedAs expected!Being individual bottles.
