This product works well for my fine, straight hair. Other reviewers stated that they needed to use lots for it to work. I do use a fair amount but I could probably cut down. I like it because it does not weigh my hair down and make it too greasy or oily. If you have a different hair type your experience will differ.I also love that all of the ingredients are things that I recognize and don't have to look up to figure out what they are. Additionally, I enjoy not having to and say, oh well, I guess that ingredient doesn't look too toxic, and most of the other ingredients look ok so I guess it will do. The relief & peace of mind of not having to deal with strange chemical unintelligible ingredients is huge.The mint smell- I could take it or leave it. I am told it is one of the few scents ok for chemically sensitive people. Personally I prefer everything fragrance free, then I can add scent as I wish, but it is not a dealbreaker. I did not find that the mint stung my eyes as other reviewers did, but I do try to keep hair products out of my eyes.Overall, this is a great product and I wish there were more out there like it.Biggest downside is it comes in a plastic bottle, but I have not yet found bar conditioner that works for me.
