I ordered for a fragrance that was not included. Need to relabel this product.This is a very concentrated conditioner. It works really well even if I dilute it with a ton of water. At first I tried it full strength, and it worked well to soften my pup’s wire fur and the scent is light and long lasting. However, it takes so long to rinse off and it creates bubbles as if it’s a soap. So by the time I am done rinsing to make sure there isn’t a lot of residue, it feels like the conditioner has completely rinsed off and he doesn’t feel as soft. I didn’t want to irritate my dog’s skin by continuing to spray him with water, so after a few weeks of testing I just rinsed off most but not ALL of the conditioner and I’m happy to report that his fur stayed soft without irritating his skin so far. But it still bothers me that I can see the conditioner bubbling as I rinse it off at the bottom of the tub. It’s a good conditioner, but it is very annoying to use.My 80 pound dog has long silky hair and allergy prone skin. She tolerates a bath with a stoic face, but will bolt if given the chance. So any extra steps are to be avoided. This PET Muddy Dog crisp apple conditioner leaves her silky and smelling sweet. I dilute her shampoo and conditioner in separate squeeze bottles. It keeps me from over applying new wasting product, and keeps it easier to rinse thoroughly. This is a great basic fur conditioner, and a little goes a long way. Her skin isn’t irritated, she doesn’t itch after a bath, two thumbs up.
