I need to apply twice every time I shampoo which is every 3 days. The first time you apply it doesn't lather, but is still cleaning. Then I apply another application and that one always lathers. Leaves my hair literally squeaky clean, which I love, because then you know there is nothing at all on your hair. Nothing harmful in here or stripping for colored hair. This in conjunction with the conditioner is all I will use on my hair now.The pump was completely broken !For my hair, very thick and mostly grey, it’s an ok conditioner. I bought it as I was trying the shampoo and thought best to stay in same product line.This is a good shampoo. It cleans my hair nicely without stripping the color. Nice price too. If it were a bit more moisturizing, I would give it 5 stars... But it is still very good for the price. I will buy it again.I really like the shampoo but, the conditioner is just okay. It could also be because I have very thick hair and using a normal amount doesn't feel like it even works for me. It feels watered down if that makes sense and not worth the money to me since I will have to replace it a lot sooner than the shampoo.The product itself is great, however there is no pump attachment to get the product out, so your old one better not be worn out or you have a problem. Come on, it should come with a new pump attachment they don't last forever.Very good product for hair that gets red undertone after being dyed blond or silver highlights keep the red out and leaves hair softWith as great as the shampoo is I would have thought the conditioner would also be great. Nothing to write home about, it actually didnt do much for my hair, didnt leave it as soft as I thought it would.I bought and used this conditioner along with the Schwarzkopf shampoo after reading really positive reviews.I used it several times and every time my hair felt horrible afterwards, as though I hadn't washed the product out properly. The first and second times I thought it might be me but after thoroughly rinsing my hair of both the shampoo and conditioner to make sure it was all out, it still felt nasty. I guess I would describe it as feeling as though it was full of hair spray - sort of stuck together and thick. It didn't look too bad (although maybe a little greasy) but it really felt horrible and I will not use it again. I cannot say whether this was caused by the shampoo or conditioner (perhaps both), I don't know if it was something I was doing wrong (although I was under the impression to use them as I would normal shampoo/conditioners), but unfortunately I would not buy or use again.Cannot fault price or delivery though, excellent there.I have noticed that it leaves a strange stickiness to my hair, almost as if you have applied too much mousse. I have tried to use little or more, rinsed it for a long time, but it keeps happening. I can still style my hair and it does give it more volume, but I also need to wash it more regular now as it looks greasy quicker. It smells nice. Can't comment on the colour freeze idea, my hair looks the same (dyed silver blonde and I use their purple shampoo too).I would not buy this again.I always buy this product.Last one I ordered. The bottle was different from others that I used to buy. I gave it a benefit of doubt. I kept it.However I think it is fake product. It is not the same as before. Does not have the same effect on my hair- useless! I think Amazon should stop these fake products to be sold at its website. As people Lose confidence on all the product sold by Amazon.Really not a fan of this product. I used it because the equivalent shampoo and hoped this would moisturise my hair, however, it did the complete opposite and made my hair really dry, brittle and like straw with the ends snapping off as I brushed it. One was back to redken and my hair was okay again. Would not recommend this product unless you have super oily hairIf I apply too much my hair is lank and greasy. Easy to get too much product when it's this size so I have to be careful.Used sparingly its wonderful.
