PROS: I know a lot of people find the smell of Rosemary hard to adjust to, but I absolutely love it. It smells very similar to the rosemary essential oil I usually use. It's also pretty good at volumizing (but I wouldn't know too much about that because I have a cone-shaped head and super fine asian hair to my chagrin). For the price, this was a damn good deal! I found that this works well on my hair combined with their Clarifying Lemon shampoo, but gets waaaaay too thick and sticky when used with bar shampoo. It also improved my shedding issue (from college + work + drama = compounded stress), although very slowly and with repeated use. I've found that my follicles are a lot more resilient and less prone to being snagged out of my damn scalp. So YAY!CONS: Sometimes, on certain days, it would leave my hair a tad bit too volumized--and not in a good way. The kind of volumized feel that makes the strands stick to each other and feel dry and tangled. It's also not very hydrating, so I only use this in my ROOTS, and use a different brand (Shiseido) on my ends.
