The product is decent. I found I needed to follow up with the leave-in creme to avoid frizz (use sparingly though), but for a sulfate-free conditioner at drugstore price, I was happy with it.That said, if we could give half-star ratings, this would get a 3.5 because the packaging is terrible. The cap doesn't snap closed easily, and the seam on the tube comes open- sometimes even during shipping.
