I first want to start off stating I ordered this for a friend that had been buying else where, and she absolutely loves it. She states that her hair had been beginning to thin , fall out and become brittle as she began using this elixir regularly her hair is so much better. She loves this elixir and will not go with out it. It has made her hair stop falling out , more softer and all around in better condition.Now I will convey what I checked into about many customers concerns about "Animal Testing" nothing is stated on the packaging so I did a little home work and went to the Nexxus site which sent me to the Unilever site where you can read all you want about what they are doing to TRY to develop ways to NOT use animals to test their products. Many products ARE tested on animals, while some are NOT. There was so much to read that it would have took forever , but for anyone with concerns about any Nexxus or UniLever product , go to the Nexxus site , click on contact , type in the question "Does Nexxus test products on animals ?" that will give you the option to click on the parent site which is unilever , there you will find all your answers about every product there is.
