Hmm… I really want to love this, but I can only partially like this. I ordered the Flaxseed Oil Smoothing Gel from this same brand, and I really liked it. The smell was nice, and the gel worked like gel should. In contrast, this leave-in conditioner smells very unpleasant. Even as I type this, I keep sniffing the product hoping for something new, but no change. Even though the smell threw me off, I wanted to see how it would feel on my hair. Fortunately, I can’t smell it on my hair since my natural hair is not kept in a style where it is near my nose. The product does feel moisturizing, so at least that part is true. I’m reluctant to just throw this out, but I can’t walk around with this smell. I’m confused about how this brand got it so right with their gel but messed up with this conditioner. On to the next leave-in conditioner.I got this for my 4 yo in additon to the smoothing gel to pair for his curly hair. I have to say I am not crazy about the smell of this product and it does linger in the hair. The smell is that of hair products and as stated it lingers I mean it's not horrible but I would love a none scented version. Going back to the product I have to say it works I use about a nickle size of each product on his short hair and it not only goes in smoothly but it doesn't leave behind a residue and its not greasy. Both of which I love not to mention our son usually wakes with horrible bed head in the back and this has def made a difference. The bedhead isn't completely gone but it's alot better I mean alot better than the other products that we have used in his hair. The leave in conditioner is also good to help comb out his tangles not that I have a problem with him but just getting the tangles out even with our wet brush. Overall I have kept using it because despite the smell it works good for him.This hair cream has a very good scent to it and it’s easy to use.I have fairly thin and limp hair and only a little of this formula is needed. It allows you to build a lot of volume without much product while drying. My only complaint is I didn’t love the scent.I tested a small amount of this leave in on my daughter's natural hair at the nape of her neck after her shampoo/conditioning. The creamy texture was very thick & appeared flaky. I had to switch products, because my intention was to straighten her hair. This product may be better suited for non heat styling. It smells nice though.This coconut oil conditioner is easy to apply. It has a nice fragrance and gave a sense of freshness and moisturized hairs after first use.Using if for 2 weeks and feeling very good about it.At first sniff this smelled like coconuts. Could not wait to use. Unfortunately, out of the bottle, the smell I just couldn't tolerate. You know the last thing that touches the hair is the end result of what your hair will smell like. So needless to say I washed it out immediately.I do have natural hair. This tube lasted me about two months, the most commin use for me was after I washed my hair and put it on my wet hair. There were times when I did use it on dry hair and it worked just as well. The formula is thick and vreamy and it smells nice, it's not overwhelming ot greasy.
